Jazz up your Wednesdays and
make your Sundays smoother

YOUR WEDNESDAY EVENINGS DON'T MEAN A THING IF THEY AIN'T GOT THAT MUD DOCK SWING TO THEM...

Drink, dine and while away time to the accompaniment of live swing, Latin and bluesy jazz courtesy of singer Emma Hutchinson and friends. They will be treating us all to songs and music from the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra and Dusty Springfield to name but a few.

Starting 9 January, Emma and the band will be performing in Mud Dock café between 8pm and 10pm on the following Wednesdays:

9 and 23 January
6 and 20 February
5 and 19 March

2, 16 and 30 April
14 and 28 May

To sample some of the sounds you're likely to hear, just click the links below to visit the 'Jazz up your wedding' website, where Emma and the band promote themselves to enlightened brides and grooms.

...and we're making sure that your SUNDAY AFTERNOONS in the café HAVE NEVER SOUNDED SO GOOD.

As well as at our Wednesday evening sessions, Emma will be performing in Mud Dock café every Sunday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm, accompanied by one of her pianist friends Gary Bamford, Andy Nowak or Ruth Hammond.

As a change from the jazz-focused style of Wednesdays, Emma's Sunday sessions will comprise classic songs by people like Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, Elvis Costello, Tom Waits, and Van Morrison, plus a few original songs from off her first two CDs.
