By a weight of just 860 grams (HMX carbon fibers) the frame’s lateral stiffness enables direct power transfer and ensures both confident cornering and descending. The geometry of the new CR1 is performance oriented, but the top tube and head tube lengths offer a more comfortable position than pure racing frames. The seatstays, chainstays and fork all feature SDS, our Shock Damping System. These areas have been specially constructed with regard to tube shape, dimension, and fiber layup to provide vertical compliance without sacrificing torsional stiffness."

How to hire this demo bike

To hire this demo bike, drop by the shop or call us on 0117 9292151. Costs for hire are shown below. Full terms and conditions are in the hire agreement, which you can download via the link below.

• £40 per day or £60 per for two days (weekend)

• Hire charge is refundable against subsequent purchase

• Cleaning/re-lubing charge of £20, which will be payable if:
   a) the bike is not returned in the condition it was hired; or
   b) you wish for us to clean and lube the bike rather than do it yourself

• Deposit £250

• To hire this bike, you must provide two forms of security:
   1. Photo ID (Driving Licence or Passport)
   2. Your credit card, other ID or car keys
