Trek Fuel EX8

Our first demo bike from Trek is a 2010 Fuel EX 8 19.5”. The 2009 EX 8 was a hugely popular bike, but for 2010 there are a few tweaks to this award winning model. The most important change is the addition of the new DRCV rear shock designed in partnership with Fox. This piece of technical trickery makes a shock that is amazingly sensitive on smaller bumps with that all important 'bottomless' feel. Also new on the 2010 Fuel is a press fit BB, increasing the Q factor and hence bearing life. The EX 8 is rounded off with a Shimano XT groupset and Avid Elixir brakeset, all for £2,000. To hire this demo bike, drop by the shop or call us on 0117 9292151. Costs for hire are shown below. Full terms and conditions are in the hire agreement, which you can download via the link below.

• £40 per day or £60 per for two days (weekend)

• Hire charge is refundable against subsequent purchase

• Cleaning/re-lubing charge of £20, which will be payable if:
   a) the bike is not returned in the condition it was hired; or
   b) you wish for us to clean and lube the bike rather than do it yourself

• Deposit £250

• To hire this bike, you must provide two forms of security:
   1. Photo ID (Driving Licence or Passport)
   2. Your credit card, other ID or car keys
